Whuploo offers Free Standard Shipping on orders processed through our online store. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we currently ship, how long order processing and delivery usually take, and what may affect delivery after an order is placed.
New Zealand and Australia are Whuploo’s core service markets. Selected international destinations may also be available through our website checkout where delivery options are shown.
1. Shipping Destinations

Selected international destinations may also be available at checkout depending on the product, delivery address, fulfilment availability, and shipping carrier options.
If a delivery country is not available at checkout, we are unable to process an order for that destination.
Our website checkout, shipping settings, and advertised delivery information are intended to match the delivery options shown to customers before checkout is completed.
2. Order Cut-off Time
Our standard order cut-off time is 2:00 PM New Zealand time, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM New Zealand time on a business day begin processing from that business day where possible.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends or public holidays, begin processing from the next business day.
3. Handling Time
Handling time means the time needed to prepare, produce, pack, and dispatch an order before it is handed to a delivery carrier.
Most Whuploo products have a handling time of 2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday.
Handling time may vary depending on product availability, fulfilment location, order volume, public holidays, or production delays.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be prepared and shipped separately.
4. Transit Time
Transit time means the estimated delivery time after an order has been dispatched and handed to the delivery carrier.

5. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time combines handling time and transit time. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

6. Production and Fulfilment
Whuploo products are made to order after an order is placed.
Whuploo works with trusted production and fulfilment partners to manufacture, pack, and ship orders. Orders may be produced and dispatched from different fulfilment locations depending on the product, delivery address, and production availability.
Where available, orders may be fulfilled from a regional production location to help reduce delivery time.
Whuploo remains responsible for customer support, order questions, delivery issues, and refund or replacement requests.
7. Shipping Costs
Whuploo provides Free Standard Shipping on all orders processed through our website checkout, with no hidden handling fees or surprise shipping surcharges added.
New Zealand and Australia are Whuploo’s core service markets. Selected international destinations may also be available through our website checkout.
Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to any order processed through our website checkout.
If shipping is not available for a selected delivery country or product, checkout will not show a shipping option for that order.
8. Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided by email after your order has been prepared and shipped.
Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
Whuploo is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect customer-provided information, we may not be able to refund or replace the item. If a replacement or resend is possible, we will confirm the available options with you.
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the relevant fulfilment or delivery provider and may offer a suitable solution where appropriate.
10. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders delivered outside New Zealand may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, or other local charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are set by local authorities and are outside Whuploo’s control. Where applicable, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by their country.
