Yes. New Zealand and Australia are Whuploo’s core service markets. Selected international destinations may also be available through our website checkout where delivery options are shown. Availability may depend on the product, delivery address, fulfilment availability, and shipping carrier options.
Most products have a handling time of 2 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday. Estimated total delivery time is usually 5 to 9 business days for New Zealand, 5 to 10 business days for Australia, and 7 to 15 business days for selected international destinations. Express shipping is not currently available. Whuploo products are prepared after an order is placed and shipped using the available delivery options for your location and product.
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided by email after your order has been prepared and shipped. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Personalised products are not currently available on Whuploo. Our current range includes ready-designed mugs, T-shirts, hats, and other gift items. If personalisation becomes available later, it will be clearly shown on the relevant product page.
