In many cases, we may not need the item returned. If your order arrives damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or is the wrong item due to a production or fulfilment error, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short explanation. We will review the issue and confirm the next step.
Because Whuploo products are made to order after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Damaged, defective, printed incorrectly, or wrong items due to a production or fulfilment error will be reviewed under our Returns and Refunds Policy. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
